I seem to have missed this little tidbit when it first came out, but apparently Bill Gates will be less about Microsoft and more about philanthropy come 2008.
Gates, who co-founded Microsoft in 1975, has decided that it’s time to step out of the chief software architect role so that he can spend more time and […]

After a truckload of DS Lites were stolen last week in Hong Kong (12,600 in total), worries surged that perhaps Europe would be suffering the consequences.
Never fear, for Nintendo promises no shortages for its awaiting fans. Not even getting a truckload of portable consoles stolen can stop Nintendo.
“There will be little impact on the European […]

I’m now well into my Guild Wars career, with my first MMO character ever quickly approaching her max level thanks to some rather uneventful weekends on the homefront and my penchant for trying to sneak in an hour of play before bed. Shameless I know.

It may be a little too early to weep, my most fan-obsessed World of Warcraft players, but not too early to become appropriately concerned. For those of you who enjoy getting together with equally enthusiastic players to talk shop and stalk Blizzard employees, you may just have to cross BlizzCon off your list of […]

Chelsea midfielder, Shaun Wright-Phillips will be playing 2006 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday, June 20th, between 5pm and 7pm GMT and you can play with him. You know, assuming you’re home on a Tuesday and have an Xbox 360 …
In order to be in with a chance of playing Shaun, you’ll need to add SWPhillips […]

The Xbox 360 commercial “Jump Rope” has won the ADDY Best of Show National award (think Academy Awards of the advertising world).
Behold the ad:
It also won the ADDY Mosaic Award for multicultural advertising, which marks the first time ever that the Best of Show has won both.
“This extreme double Dutch jump rope jam metaphorically captures […]
