2008 Blizzcon Beefs Up
You want fries with that?
Blizzard has announced some big changes to their popular fan convention, Blizzcon, for the 2008 edition. Think of it as biggie sizing, super sizing, or getting a double patty instead of a single. The North American arm of their convention enterprises (Ingrid is attending the Euro half: Blizzard Worldwide Invitational ‘08 in Paris this June) is of course, Blizzcon 08 to be held at the Anaheim Convention Center October 10-11th of this year.
If you’re thinking about going, best tuck away some pennies now, aside from having to get to Anaheim, the admittance tickets are $100 a pop. Knowing Blizzard though, it’ll be quite the show and likely worth the price of admission.
Conference attendees can look forward to hands-on play for some upcoming releases, seminars, panels, tournaments, and the dreaded costume events.
