Machinima Video: Inside World of Warcraft Episode 1

I’m a big fan of machinima videos, and for some reason I keep forgetting to share them here. So I’m going to start doing that. Today I discovered episode 1 of ‘Inside World of Warcraft’ which amused and entertained me. I suppose you might have to be somewhat familiar with WoW to truly appreciate this.
Enjoy!

The Ludlam Bros have released a full version of their DS Video player which allows users to watch entire movies (compressed to about 400MB) on their Nintend DS!
So how much does this set you back? Nothing! These kind folks have released the product free of charge.

Brain-Controlled Gaming Headset from Emotiv

In somewhat terrifying news, the neuro-engineering company Emotiv has created a headset that reads brain signals and translates them into video game controls.
Consider this the anti-Wiimote. While one encourages you to get off your lazy bum and move around for a change, this gaming headset invites you to sit back and do nothing.
Basically, strap this […]

Some Super Smash Bros. Brawl players got creative and decided to make their own fun with the game. What they ended up with was … well, see for yourself.

LEGO Indiana Jones

I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s ridiculously excited about the next Indiana Jones film. I’m not sure exactly how Harrison Ford manages to still look so good while flinging a whip, but I’m not going to question it or complain.

Games has put together a list of notable Oscar winners/attendees who have dipped their creative feet in the pool of […]

Kotaku Analyzes The Analysts

How many places (including here) do you see headlines that declare “Analysts predict [insert mindblowing prediction here]…”? Video game industry analysts weigh in on everything from retail sales trends to the vast landscape of online gaming, lending their professional insight, number crunching skills, and frankly greater resource base than the average everyday gaming journalist. […]

Tactile Softcore Pr0n, Keyboard Style

Okay, something a little more light-hearted that I came across while looking at the Analyzing the Analysts piece….a keyboard modded into a veritable schmorgasbord of soft core animated porn. If chicks in white panties is your thing then maybe you should get together with the creators of this little wonder. Who knows, maybe they’ll even […]
