Calling All PSP Coders

If you’re going to have masses of people hacking and coding and customizing their portables without permission, you might as well play into that and offer people a little swag for their efforts.
All you PSP coders should fire up those brains of yours for the recently announced 30 Day PSP coding contest. PSP Emulation News and Lik-Sang. The contest will run from 00h01 AM on October 8th to 11h59 PM GMT on November 7th, 2005. Code for any PSP version you want as long as your code is a new or updated release that haven’t been publicly available before the end of the competition, and then submit it by email or private message.
If you’re a prolific coder, you can submit as many entries as you like, but make sure you’re okay with having them freeware, as the organizers plan on releasing it as such when the tournament is over. Contest judging is the unenviable job of 5 DCEmu Forum junkies after a 2 day poll decides the Top 5 entries. The winner will be announced November 15th, and takes home quite the selection of PSP accessories, including: the Hori Portable Pouch Style, the Airform UMD Pocket, a USB cable, the Hori Liquid Crystal Filter, the Logitech PlayGear Amp, an external 3200mAh battery pack, and a power charging cradle.
