Grand Theft Auto IV Coming to PS3 and Xbox 360

Congratulations, Microsoft. You’ve done it again.

For you Grand Theft Auto/Xbox fanboys and girls, October is your month. Grand Theft Auto IV will be coming out for the Xbox 360, making the choice between a PS3 and an Xbox 360 almost null.

If the console wars continue into next Christmas, I can picture the PS3 sitting alone and forgotten on the shelves. Why bother with a PS3 when you can get GTA and Halo on the Xbox 360?

I’m hoping Sony has more bright ideas than simply nerfing their product and giving stuff away. Between the Wii’s uncontested fun and the Xbox 360’s line of must-have games, the PS3 is losing brownie points left and right.
