Hey Big Boy…
I haven’t necessarily been seeking out odd video game Hallowe’en costumes, I really haven’t. But as the pumpkin season grows near, it seems like eBay has been riddled with the sort of garish memorabilia previously only seen in Akihabara.
Just in case some of your aren’t into the MMO scene and don’t feel like dressing up like an elven druid, I felt it was my duty to offer you a bit of diversity and choice for your Hallowe’en shopping needs. I can’t comment on the legality of this item, as carrying about a pointy 46 inch stainless steel object doesn’t strike me as something that local authorities would go for, but if they’re Zelda fans, perhaps they’ll let it slide for a free fan photo and a turn mowing the lawn.
I present to you, the replica Master Sword from the Ocarina of Time, complete with really gaudy faux leather and nearly four feet of “check me out I’m a fanboi”. While I don’t remember Link being quite so weaponry endowed, all the princesses in your neighbourhood are bound to swoon at the sight of your big…sword.

Be sure to check out the site’s other sword offerings, as “fully functional” (?) Kill Bill Hattori Hanzo blades, and an enormous 50 inch wooden replica of Sephiroth’s (circa Final Fantasy IIV) Masamune sword.
Oh my.

[…] Since Erin is already getting into the Halloween spirit, I figured I’d join in the fun. Halloween is actually my favorite holiday and France has officially ruined my fun. Why? The French don’t seem to celebrate it with the same amount of vigor as my fellow Americans. […]
