Ninja Gaiden 2 Exclusive for Xbox 360
In a press conference in Tokyo this week, Microsoft confirmed that the title Ninja Gaiden 2 would come exclusively for the Xbox 360. Microsoft seems to be raking in the exclusives to the chagrin of PS3 owners. Those of you who were looking forward to getting your hands bloody after sampling Ninja Gaiden Sigma or Ninja Gaiden Black will have to either get your own 360 or head over to a friend’s house.
The game will be rated M and gauging by the screenshots, I can see why.
The game is definitely bloodier than before, featuring enemies who lose heads and limbs—and can even be cut into two separate, gushing halves. It looks to be as frantic and combo-heavy as before, which should come as good news to series vets.
Team Ninja’s Tomonobu Itagaki announced that the game would be slated for 2008.
