“Noble Pink” DS Lite - Coming Soon
For those females in the world who have been staring at the white DS Lite and thinking thoughts like, “Well … I’d get it … but how will people know I’m a girl if it’s white? Why can’t it be pink so that I can assert my feminity while still holding a gaming console?” Or, for the ones going, “I can’t get it in white because my boyfriend will just steal it and never let me play with it …” Good news! Nintendo hears your concerns, your prayers, your needs for … whatever…. A pink DS Lite is on the horizon. Well, on the Japanese horizon anyway.
July 20th will see “Noble Pink” DS Lites hitting the Japanese gaming markets. Which means someday, eventually, in the future, it will hit the US and all those other countries.
In addition to being pink, the gaming console will feature … absolutely nothing different. It’s just pink.
I actually saw a guy playing with a pink DS the other day, while his female companion looked at him in annoyance. I’m sure she was thinking, “I got it in pink so this wouldn’t happen … damnit.”
Guess the pink will only go so far. Sorry girlz.
