Poll Tally: Bill You’re A Fashion Faux Pas
I find it hilarious that the one real person in the list of options for this past poll took the title in a landslide…victory? Loss? Play-Girlz.com asked you, our beloved readers:
Who has the worst wardrobe in gaming?
Despite troubles with the polling system when we rolled out our spanky new design, 66 of you still chimed in with your opinions, and we thank you kindly for your patience.
Only 8% of you thought that the man-boy in tights, otherwise known as Link from the Legend of Zelda series, had serious problems when it came to his outfit, which really comes down to Peter Pan in armor. Surprisingly low. We must have quite a few Link fans in the ether.
Princess Peach, perpetual damsel in distress, only garnered 18% of the vote. Apparently the miles of taffeta and puffy shouldered dresses don’t rank quite as offensively in the virtual world as they would in your local shopping mall.
Even Sheeva, the near-naked dragon lady of Ultimate Mortal Kombat III could only muster 24% of the vote, despite her blatant ignorance of the fact that less is not always more.
Your winner/loser though, and undisputed fashion victim champion, is Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates, reaping 50% of all selections. As one of the world’s wealthiest people, you’d think that he could afford a wardrobe to wow you, or at least deck himself out in Xbox gear. You might go as far to say that Bill is a prime example of the classic nerd stereotype.
