Sims Online Free Trial
Just a little heads up for those who hadn’t heard. EA has a free trial of The Sims Online over at the site. You can try the game for 14 days free, and then decide whether or not you want to continue. The monthly subscription is $9.99.
I have absolutely no idea if it’s worth it … but I intend to find out.

it keeps saying manifest will not download when i try the free trial. i had it almost done up to the point where you have to enter the registration code before but my pc froze. now it wont let me start over. help?

how do you play is it supposed to be full screen? ’cause i can’t this is my brothers computer and i can’t dowload nothing exept in my computer and my brother is gonna kill me if it gets a virus that is why i don’t like full screen!and i can’t get to my computer ’cause it is a 8 blocks away i’m in my brothers house! sorry if it is tolong hahahaha!

Couldnt get the code, got an email to go to another page which told me to go to another page, which took me to another page, they wanted my cash card number and there was nowhere to fill it in on my account!! Who pays these people? Have spent hours downloading and cant play the game!! Idiots!!

i think this is rubish it said it had sent me a email saying the registration code so i looked in my email inbox there is no email and it will not work on my computer it said that the server is unvailible it is absulotley rubish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’ obvious you won’t be able to download it, so you need to first purchase the game from a seconary source such as Game Stop, Ebay, Pawnshop, or someone you know that has the game. Anyway, for the free trial, register for the code to activate your trial period then load the game with the account name. It’s very worth it. When you do, I’ll be in AV waiting for you.

Right Everybody Who Is Stuck I Know How You Download The Sims..At The Top Of The Page It Will Say Free Trial Of The Sims Over The Site Well Click On That Then You Have To Do The Regestration And Then DownLoad It And It Will Say Something Like 43.500mb And Wait Till That Goes All The Way Across The Click Accept At The Bottom And Then I Should COme Up On Your Main Screen Then One Will Say..EA Land And Another One Saying..EA Land Window Well Click On That Then Play The Game But MakeSure You Dont Delete It Cause Otherwise It Will Go And You Would Have To Re-Do It All Again

Puting that credit card in the trial just turned everyone away from the sims online I mean why do you put a credit card before the trial are you doing D..rugs or just some sick joke I use to be a sims online fan but thats sick a good gaming system wanting to scam u they turned me anway fro mthem I mean thats how piracy happens because there sick ppl starting downloading this ilegaly which isent far to the company so yeah Maxis needs to take that off before they deal with loads of piracy

yay i got tha free trial, i didnt put any credit card on billin info…just made a new ea account n then it says its active n i get free trail :D yay!!
but one thing, on EA-Land it says its a free player so anyone can play it for free that it says no need to be a free player or unless if they wanna be a payin player or either become a free player. so i want to be a free player. but i wonder how do u find out if u r a free player or how to become a free player because im not sure if iam n it says “free trial” i do not want to put credit card in n cause i dont trust it within ma self
so please tell me n remember iam frm australia…

brie, go to http://www.ea-land.com then go to tha right side of tha site u will see it says “(free) download” then wen tha site comes up, then click tha big blue button that says “free” n click that.
then it should download n follow wut it says n it should download. once its download then..
go to my computer then go to C drive, n go to program files now u will find it says “electronic arts” then wen u click that now u will see it says “ea land” folder. n click on “TSOclient”
next u will see theres heaps of files in that folder, so now u got to find a red icon that says “TSO client” once u find it “right click” then send to “send to desktop” then its done. it will be on ur desktop so now u will see it says “short cut to ea-land”
delete tha other 2 (tha blue icons says tha sims online” only keep tha short cut n use that one its a new version i guess thats ea land…well i did frm wut i saw wut has been said so i did incase lol
i hope this helps :) after all tha download n that. now all u need to do is create ea account n then after u made an account u will see in subscribtion info n right down to tha bottom u will see it says active n free trial…or a free player…i dont know wut urs might say.
even tho i want to be a free player so i dont know if iam lol

omg!!! unbelievable it says on ea-land site that is “FREE TO PLAY?!” which means u dont have to subscribe to be a payin player? but how can i become a FREE PLAYER instead of a PAYIN PLAYER?! omg those host of this sims ea land game needs to sort it out!!
it tells u that u can play it for free forever, it dont make sense how am i suppose to play it after i download tha ea land online game then i got tha trial account…n i only had 15 days!! n then i CANNOT play unless if i SUBSCRIBE it?!

LOL!!!…what subcription fee they tlaking about….EA sort of preserved this game….theres a all new free version of supported by EA called EA Land look it up on google!!! and the Test Center 3 is all yours to play with others for free!!! (not Test Center 3-Test thats messed up right now) And i you stll like subcribing use the EA-Beta Server here..use the website link to upgrade.
