Snoop Dogg Almost Drops Charity Over Lack of Xbox
I’m blinking sort of dumbly at the screen while reading about this, but here it goes.
Snoop Dogg was paid $150,000 in fees to appear at a UNICEF event, then almost pulled out at the last minute because there was no Xbox in his dressing room.
Despite receiving a reported $150,000 fee to appear, Snoop demanded his 10-strong entourage were flown to New York first-class and wanted extra perks. It is claimed the controversial star then threatened to pull out because the games console wasn’t in his dressing room.
An insider told the New York Post newspaper: “He insisted on having an Xbox in his dressing room. We finally found someone who lent us their kids’ Xbox.”
It hurts my brain. It does.
And … Xbox? Really? Not an Xbox 360? Not a Wii to share with his 10 amigos?
I’ve never been anti-Snoop Dogg or anything, but it’s stuff like this that makes me lose faith in humanity. To think of what UNICEF could’ve done with the $150K they spent on a man who doesn’t need the money.

Unicef should know better than to hire ass%$!§s for that kind of fee - I’d be amazed if there weren’t a choice of celebrities willing to lend themselves for free. And if not,at least they could choose a decent human being.
And actually, that is making me so upset about how they spend their budget, that I have half a mind to stop giving them my money.

I’d do it for my return flight fare, room, and a bag of doughnuts.
