Spend the Night: Screenshots Released
All of you sex-crazed monkeys out there probably remember me mentioning Spend the Night, the new erotic MMO coming from Republik. Just when you thought that video collection in your closet (yes, that one…I know) would be the closest to actual physical interaction that you would ever come, take heart!
Judging by some of the newly released screenshots from Spend the Night, things are really going to heat up.

Or not. I have to agree with Game Press’ assessment that it looks like a “couple of screenshots of what appears to be a mismatched wrestling game”.
I myself just can’t stop laughing at a game that has an introductory line of : “you can get dressed to the nines then head out on a fantasy date — all without leaving your house!” Do I need to explain why that’s so funny? Likely not, but I’m going to anyway. If people put the same effort into dressing themselves up as they did agonizing over the colour of nailpolish on the XXX sim, they could probably garner some actual, real life attention. Why the heck would I want to go on a fantasy date without ever leaving my house? Where does that get me? Sneaking to bed while guiltily fantasizing about my pixellated Romeo? Frightening as this may sound to people…leaving your house is one of the keys to getting laid. You must, dare I say it, interact with actual people at some point in your life or you will end up living in your mother’s basement until the second coming.
No doubt Sims/MMO fans will be all over this one, but it strikes me a bandaid for the sad state of social behaviour these days and an encouragement for computer potatoes to further vegetate while spending even more time with their hands down their pants than they did when all they had were trial memberships to barely legal sites.
STEP AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER AND GO OUTSIDE.

Ahahaha. That’s funny. I can see someone playing this to get over the curiousity of what the game might hold, but I’m with you Erin, I truly feel sorry for anyone who would play this game on a “real” basis.
How sad.

Jeez - here you go again with the “interacting with real people”. ;)
Leisure Suit Larry has a lot to answer for…

*cough* Stop encouraging them to go outside, Erin. Who’s gonna stick around to read our blog if everyone’s out there “interacting” with “real people” ;)

Well duh, Ingrid…everyone knows that the only acceptable usage of the internet is Play-Girlz reading. ;)
And we’re sort of real people in that we’re cyber personalities.

Oh, man… Some people prefer “cybernetic relationship” for many reason. The wheather, no money, their appearance, they’re too shy, and much more.
Such as me, how, I’m ugly, fat, not cool, moneyless.. And just think when the girls saw me..?!
