Top 5 Bestselling Games for Q3
For those of you wondering what games are topping the charts across the board, the answer has been revealed. Note that these stats are for July - September 2008 and that they include totals (US + UK + Japan):
5. Mario Kart Wii - 1.46M
4. Pokemon Platinum - 1.48M (Japan only)
3. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - 1.73M (not yet released in Japan)
2. Wii Fit - 2.08M
1. Madden NFL ‘09 - 2.99M
Madden’s kicking some serious butt, though its sales are primarily thanks to its dominance of the market in the US. In the UK the game only sold 25K units, and 1K in Japan.
