Woman Takes Madden Title

The 2005 EA Sports Madden Challenge got a fist in the chops when Jamie Sulit romped to victory in the Rookie pool. The 24 year old from Illinois maintained a stodgy defense throughout the tournament. Her boyfriend was eager to take the credit as Jamie’s mentor, but promptly lost in the pro division, bringing his statements into question (I kid.).
She’s on a bit of a roll this month, having celebrated a birthday, won the EA Sports 2006 game pack, and being crowned Rookie champ. If you’re planning on participating in the Green Bay Madden challenge for a ticket to the big show in Hawai’i, you better get to practicing. Jamie’s ready to pass, run, and kick your sorry butt.

I think I’m rather happy about that. It’s a sports game, granted and those aren’t even real games, but I am glad to see a girl trounce those dumb-ass jocks at their own games, no offense to any girls, but it just proves that to me that the guys who play those games aren’t real gamers.
